Everything you need to know about backtesting, accounts, payments, and our research methodology. If you cannot find your answer here, reach out to us.
No. We test yours. We never sell strategies, indicators, signals, or subscriptions. Our revenue comes from backtesting services — not from the performance of any strategy.
We use tick-level data, realistic slippage and commission models, Monte Carlo simulation, and strict IS/OOS validation. TradingView bar-replay runs on OHLC data with no slippage model. That difference matters — especially for high-frequency or intraday strategies where tick dynamics change outcomes.
Typically 3–10 business days depending on complexity, data volume, and our current queue. Simple single-instrument tests are faster; multi-parameter or cross-instrument studies take longer.
Not in MVP. Our current data infrastructure covers futures: ES, NQ, CL, 6E, and YM. Crypto may be added in a future phase.
That is the most valuable outcome. A clear, data-backed "this does not produce an edge" saves you time, capital, and the cognitive bias of believing otherwise. We publish negative results — they are not failures, they are successful falsifications.
Yes. All our published research is available on the Research page. You will see the exact format, rigour standards, and candid language before you submit anything.
Currently: ES (S&P 500 E-mini), NQ (Nasdaq 100 E-mini), CL (Crude Oil), 6E (Euro FX), and YM (Dow Jones). All futures contracts with tick-level data via Databento. We may expand instrument coverage in future phases.
All backtesting is powered by Databento — the same institutional-grade tick-level futures data used by quantitative hedge funds and proprietary trading desks. We do not use interpolated, resampled, or free data sources.

Pricing depends on the complexity of the strategy, number of instruments, data volume, and required analysis depth. Visit our Pricing page for detailed information about our service tiers.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers for larger institutional engagements. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
If we are unable to complete your backtest due to technical issues on our end, we will offer a full refund or re-run at no cost. If the results show that your strategy does not work, that is not grounds for a refund — we delivered the analysis you paid for.
We operate on a per-backtest pricing model — you pay for each analysis you commission. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing. Institutional partners may arrange retainer-based engagements for ongoing research.
Yes. We offer volume pricing for clients who submit multiple strategies. Contact us through the Contact page to discuss a custom pricing arrangement.
Your strategy rules are treated as confidential information. We do not share, sell, or reuse your strategy details. Our team accesses them only for the purpose of encoding and running your backtest. Anonymised aggregate results may be published with your consent.
We collect only what is necessary to provide our service: your name, email address, and payment information. We do not track browsing behaviour, sell personal data, or use third-party trackers beyond essential analytics and payment processing.
No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. We use a payment processor (Stripe) for transactions — they receive only the minimum information required to process your payment. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
All data is stored on encrypted servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only. We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, database encryption at rest, and regular security audits. Payment information is handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
We retain your account data and backtest reports for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, all associated data is erased within 30 days. Anonymised research data that does not identify you personally may be retained indefinitely for scientific purposes.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use minimal analytics cookies to understand how our site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work properly as a result. See our Cookie Policy for details.
